Hire Guide

HIRE PERIODS

Hire rates are divided into One Day (24 consecutive hours), Two Days (48 consecutive hours), and Weekly (7 consecutive days).

After the first week each day is charged at 1/5th of a week.

Equipment hired when we are closed (weekends and bank holidays) will be charged for.

WEEKEND HIRE

Weekend hires are charged at the two day rate. Equipment must be collected between 2.30pm and 4.45pm on Fridays and returned no later than 9.30am on Mondays.

DEPOSITS

All customers without an account will be required to show two forms of identification. One must be photographic ID supported by a second form of ID confirming the name and address. This can be a recent bank statement, utility bill or council tax.

The amount of deposit will depend on the eqiupment being hired.

DELIVERY & COLLECTION

We can deliver and collect items at an extra cost. This will vary depending on the item and distance from our depot.

HIRE TERMINATION

It is the hirer's responsibility to either return the equipment or notify us when you require it collecting.
